Hi Max; Tightening up the cylinder/head bolts is not hard, I did mine and saved $60.00 per hour!
You will need a torque wrench. Careful with the wrench! I have heard of breaking or stripping threads which is really bad news. The valves will need adjusting after, also the decompressor. The rubber plug can be sealed with the same silicon that is used on the head and rocker box seal. Be careful not to use more sealant than necessary, could clog an oilway. The factory recommends at the first 600 miles and then about every 3500 after. My OEM book tells me to use the TDC mark under the plug on the left at the crank, fine, but remember there are two TDC positions, one for compression and one for exhaust. You want the one for compression, you can tell by feeling the valve rockers for play, if both in and out valves are loose, your'e at the right place.Good Luck and if you need any help, just ask.
